We try to keep our turnaround time around 1 week, but sometimes it can be longer if we receive a large influx of orders all at once. If you’d like to confirm an exact timeline with us before purchasing, feel free to contact us.
What you need to provide is listed on our content preparation checklist, which you’ll receive after purchasing a design.
No, we complete all the work for your site before/during our live design session. We require that you provide the content for the pages before our session. If you want us to add pages later, we can provide a quote as this would be outside the scope of the template purchase.
Yes! Just purchase your domain before our live review session or if you want us to purchase then we can do it for you.
Yes! After we build your site, we’ll give you access to our training video library that shows how to make updates to your own website.
Template Customization
Choosing a template is all about picking the style that most closely matches your business. And don’t worry–we can make tweaks to colors, fonts, images, and icons together during our live review session. All templates have the same functionality, so if you see a layout you like in one of our templates, that same layout can be applied to our other templates as well.
Yes! When you upload your content form to us, you’ll have an opportunity to switch templates before we start building your site.
Yes! We can change any of the colors you see in the template to match your brand colors. We can even help you pick colors if you’re not sure what you want.
Only if you want to! If you have photos to use, you can provide them to us when you upload your content form. If you don’t have photos we’ll help you select some tasteful (non-cheesy) photos during your live review session.
Yes! Blog functionality is built into our system and is very easy to manage. We can even add a feed that automatically displays your latest blog posts right on your homepage.
Yes! We provide a training video library that shows you how to make edits to your new website. Join our support plan if you want us to do it for you.
Hosting & Domains
All of the websites we build are hosted on our servers.
Yes, it is included which you have to renew every year.
Yes. You can purchase your domain name from any provider and we will connect it to your new website, if you want us to do it for you, we will do it.
