Your Product Engineering Partner.

We build and run products of our own — a boarding platform, a dog-care app, a supplement brand that has served 5,000+ orders. You get that operator judgment applied to yours: web, mobile, AI, and the infrastructure underneath.

What we engineer

Six domains, drawn from systems that are in production today. The stack on the right is what was actually used, not what we could list.

  • Web platforms

Content systems, marketplaces, and dashboards that hold up under real traffic and real editors.

    • Next.js
    • React
    • TypeScript
    • PostgreSQL
    • Prisma
    • GraphQL
  • Mobile apps

Cross-platform apps with shared business logic, offline-first storage, and multi-device sync.

    • React Native
    • Firebase
    • RevenueCat
    • TensorFlow Lite
  • AI & automation

Retrieval systems, agents, and multi-modal pipelines that hold context across sessions instead of forgetting between them.

    • OpenAI
    • RAG
    • Persistent memory
    • TensorFlow
    • Telegram API
  • Custom software

Internal systems that replace the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp stack a business has outgrown.

    • Payload CMS
    • Supabase
    • Algolia
    • UPI / GST
    • WhatsApp API
  • Infrastructure & compliance

Regulated environments where the architecture has to survive an audit, not just a launch.

    • HIPAA
    • Encryption at rest
    • Zero-trust
    • Row-level security
    • Vercel Edge
  • Product strategy

Scope, sequencing, and pricing decided before the first commit — the work that decides whether the build was worth it.

    • Scope
    • Roadmap
    • Pricing
    • Launch

How the work actually goes

Four phases. The fourth is the one that separates a partner from a supplier, and it does not have an end date.

  1. Discover

Before anything gets designed, we look for the constraint that actually decides the product — the regulation, the margin, the user who will not tolerate a second step. Most of the scope is negotiable. That part is not.

    • Scope
    • Sequence
    • Risks
    • Estimate
  2. Design

Screens come after the path. We work out how a person moves through the system, then draw the interface that makes that path obvious — in a design system you can extend later without us.

    • Flows
    • Screens
    • Design system
  3. Build

The people who scoped the work are the people who deploy it. There is no handoff in the middle, which is why nothing gets lost in one.

    • Working software
    • Tests
    • Staging
  4. Run

Launch is where most engagements end and where a product actually begins. We stay on it — monitoring, fixing, and building the next thing your users asked for, for as long as it runs.

    • Deploys
    • Monitoring
    • Iteration

What we build

Seventeen systems in production across AI, crypto, compliance, health, and commerce. Open any of them for the problem, the architecture, and the stack it actually shipped on.

Products we own

Ventures we conceived, shipped, and still operate — including the support load and the invoices.

Client systems

Work built for partners, from HIPAA-regulated infrastructure to multi-language content platforms.

What you are actually hiring

Three claims a neighbouring agency cannot honestly copy, each with the thing that makes it checkable.

We ship products of our own

OhMyDog.Rocks, Everything.Dog, Bos.Dog, OhMyDog Academy, ProBelly, HarnessArch and FedRAMP Rules Hub are ours — ventures, not client engagements. We carry their support load, their refunds, and their operating cost. That produces a different kind of judgment than a vendor has, and it is the thing you are actually hiring.

ProBelly has served 5,000+ orders. Everything.Dog reaches 100K+ engaged dog parents.

No handoff in the middle

You talk to the people writing and deploying your system, not to an account manager relaying it to a team you never meet. Founder-level attention is not a tier we sell — it is how the work is structured, and it is why nothing gets lost between the scope and the deploy.

LoveHurts runs on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. Bos.Dog bills through UPI and GST. Same people scoped and shipped both.

We stay after launch

Delivery is a milestone, not the end of the engagement. Software that nobody keeps operating stops being useful within a year — so we work in multi-year relationships rather than project handoffs, and we plan for the version that comes after the one you asked for.

OhMyDog.Rocks started as a content platform. It now carries an AI toolset, a certification academy, and a supplement brand.

Let's build your next product

Whether you are starting from an idea or scaling a system that has outgrown its first build, the next step is a conversation — not a form.
